Daniel,Great post! Keeping yourself fit is imnrotapt especially when we work so many our on our computers nowadays. Exercising brings great balance to one’s life. Once you get into the habit of doing small changes consistently that habit is going to stick.I think that there is still one thing that many people miss. The fact is that once you start exercising now, it is going to help you in your everyday life when you get older. This is one of these things which are not visible right now, but once you keep yourself fit, you are going to feel so much different (better) when you become older, say 60, 70, 80 or older.
